In Dalian, which is hosting a mini-ministerial meeting of the World Trade Organization. Ministers from thirty WTO members are trying to break the deadlock on the stalled Doha round of negotiations aimed at facilitating global trade. Despite differences, at the end of the first day of the two-day meeting, negotiators say prospects of a breakthrough look good.
