Wrap-up:Immigration & Customs Facilities are provided for distinguished guests

(DALIANNEWS)--It's reported that the Government of China will provide
assistance to delegates in the customs clearance formalities. Ministers
participating in the Meeting are entitled to inspection-free entry clearance
formalities.
VIP Lounges are available for Ministers at Dalian
International Airport upon their arrival and departure. For Ministers who will
transit at Beijing and Shanghai, VIP Lounges are also available at the airports
upon arrival and departure.
A chauffeured vehicle will be provided
to each Minister (Head of Delegation), WTO Director-General and Chairperson of
the General Council for the transportation from Dalian airport to the hotels.
Transportation from Dalian airport to the hotels will also be provided to
delegates.
Baggage labels will be issued to the delegates prior to
their departure to China. Delegates are advised to put these labels on their
baggage for facilitation upon arrival and departure.
