DALIAN, May 13 - FEV, a German-based engine company, launched an R&D
center in the Dalian Hi-tech park on May 11. This is FEV's third R&D center
in the world.
The company is an internationally-recognized leader in
R&D of internal combustion engines, mainly engaged in R&D of engine
technologies and production of testing equipment. In the past decades, FEV has
built up cooperative relations with China's automotive producers and providers,
including FAW, SAIC and Brilliance.
FEV would also launch an engine
testing workshop and a system testing equipment production base in Dalian, and
expand its Dalian branch into a technical center for gasoline and diesel
engines.
