East Grotesque Rock Zone
  
The east peninsula of Golden Pebble Beach are covered by exuberant
vegetation and lots of rocks. Numbers of rocks with various shapes are
scattering along the 6.5km coastal line.
The deposit rocks and fossils
of ancient organism formed in Sinian Period and Cambrian Period 600-900 million
years ago, There are about 100 scenic spots such as Rose Garden, Dinosaur
Garden, Nanxiu Garden, and Terrapin Beach, etc. Various sea-corroded holes and
poles, which chiseled by the nature, are supernatural and magnificentˇIt's the
most centralized section of Golden Pebble Beach Natural Grotesque Stone
Landscape.
Main tourism content: There are totally four scenic zones, 88
scenic spots in the East Grotesque Rock Zone. The lifelike strange rocks such as
Roc's Flight, Great Turtle Looking for it's Kid, Hedgehog Rock and Dinosaur
Swallowing the Sea standing along the coastal line are called as the Solidified
Animal World, and globe geologists name it as Rock Forest on sea, Garden
Sculptured by God and Natural Geological Museum.
The tortoise cracking
rock is the largest Sinian Period deposit rocks with clearest break
configuration in the world, it's called as the first grotesque rock in the
world. There are Rock Monkey, Feral Tiger turning around, Turtle Disembarking,
Whales Disembarking and Roaring Dog in Rose Garden.
Dinosaur Swallowing
the Sea, Portrait of L.V Beethoven, General Rock, Looking Mutually Rock and Nine
Dragon Wall are in the Dragon Palace Scenic Zone. Besides the tortoise cracking
rock Rock, there are Roc's Flight, Hedgehog Rock, Huge Ancon of Faerie, Dried
Trees meet Spring, Camel Sleeping in Sea in the Nanxiu Garden. Great Turtle
Looking for its Kid, Chinese descendants, Rocks Pile Colorfully and Kwan-yin
Rock are in the Turtle Scenic Zone.
