Poultry trader Liu Xing shows quarantine certificate when the live poultry trading is resumed on February 17 in Nanchang, east China's Jiangxi Province. All traders must provide quarantine certificates and other documents. After bird flu outbreaks were reported at the end of last month in the Chinese mainland, live poultry trading was suspended in Nanchang.
