SS Oriana liner,the world's only deluxe liner-theme Park and a famous static attraction at Dalian Xinghai resort area departed from her pier towing by four tug boats at the early hours of May.12 morning, reported by Dalian Evening News.

2005年5月12日，停靠大连星海湾近三年的“奥丽安娜”号游轮在拖船的牵引下离开大连，前往江苏张家港。“奥丽安娜”号是一艘巨型英国游轮，建造于1957年，全长260米，高52米，于2002年停靠大连星海湾迎接宾客。2004年6月，该船遭巨浪袭击，船身严重倾斜，破损严重。
奥轮是世界四大名船之一，1957年诞生于英国龙骨造船公司，以“白色公主”的美誉环球航行了650万公里，访问过108个著名港口。2001年，杭州宋城集团投资近3亿元购入奥丽安娜号，使其成为世界惟一的豪华轮主题公园。2002年6月28日，奥轮到达大连，并于当年7月18日开园。
“奥丽安娜”与历史上著名的“泰坦尼克号”是同一个船厂建造并在同一个港口开始首航的，它曾不止一次遭遇过海盗、飓风、海底火山爆发，但最终都安然无恙。
